My Story & Mission

My name is Jeffrey Goossens, and I started Kefalonia Maintenance with a simple idea: to provide reliable, professional and flexible property maintenance with a personal approach.

After spending time on Kefalonia, I saw how important it is for property owners to have someone they can truly rely on — especially when they are not on the island themselves. Small maintenance issues can quickly become bigger problems when they are left unattended. That is where I want to make a difference.

I believe in clear communication, keeping appointments and doing a job properly from start to finish. Whether it is a small repair, regular maintenance, an installation or preparing a property for the season, I take the time to understand what is needed and pay close attention to the finishing touches.

My mission is not simply to fix things when they break, but to help property owners keep their homes and properties in excellent condition all year round. By offering personal service, quick response and the possibility of regular inspections and maintenance agreements, I want to give owners the confidence that their property is in good hands.
